My brush will not turn. I have checked the assembly he4ad and the rubber band is not broken or damaged. I don't know how to check if It is the reset button that I need to replace or the assembly head.

There is a little switch on the left (as looked at when using) of the body as it meets the ball that operates when the wheels/stand is raised to turn on he brushes. Check this switch is not stuck or jammed.
