oven in hotpoint ew84k not working properly ,top element is all that comes on,checked other elements and are ok so tried new potentiometer but no joy ,any advised would be grateful .Thanks John

The control board cannot be replaced without it being programmed by either a service engineers laptop or a smart card and reader. These parts make it uneconomical for this to be carried out by most customers. Should you require a fixed price repair we recommend Repaircare.co.uk
