      Dyson v6 absolute we have purchased from you a new Dyson battery + a new charger.On a fully charged battery itis OK for about 10 seconds it stops & blue light flashes 9 times before stopping.How can this be resolved please.

        The information we have from Dyson suggests the blue flashing is the battery is low on charge but if you have changed that is could be a connection problem inside the vacuum.
