Please describe the electromagnetic pulses.

I have unsuccessfully tried ultrasonic devices against mice in our wooden floor and against spiders in our house. The ultrasound probably does not penetrate the floor boards, as stated in the answer to a previous question. And I have seen spiders crawl over the ultrasonic device. Please detail the electromagnetic pulses, maybe they could have a repellent effect.

The device produces 'pulses' on the electrical supply wires around your home that are designed to disturb and irritate pests so they do not choose to remain near electrical items and cables within the property. These pulses and the ultrasonics should deter but may not be completely remove a problem.
