How do I fit this new touchpad on the microwave
The touchpad comes off fairly easily, but the end of the ribbon cables are inside the black touchpad holder. So how do I get the ends out and plug in the new one. The reason I want to replace the touchpad is that most of the buttons (not all of them) don't work

Chris at eSpares says...
The touch pad will connect to the control panel and need to be reconnected to work. To replace parts in most microwaves you would have to remove the cabinet, this could allow you to accidentally come into contact with the high voltage that is used to power the microwave. This could easily prove to be fatal and for this reason eSpares recommend that you do not remove the case unless you have been trained to work on microwaves.
