      Damaged part.
      I ordered a spare part for my refrigerator. It arrived cracked,so i filled in the relevant report by email on the returns page. I was lead to believe that i would receive a call back from one of the espares customer service agent's,but i haven't been contacted as of yet a week on from my email? I would appreciate if someone could resolve my order which was delivered damaged....

      Great service, I needed a heat pump for our dishwasher & was concerned about ordering the wrong part & how long it would take to arrive. Everything was easy.       This outfit used to have a phone...
      This outfit used to have a phone number, which meant you could get assistance with what you were ordering. Their parts list can be most ambiguous, meaning the wrong item can be ordered, this causes delay in getting the right part coupled with the added expense of shipping for returns and re-ordering. I've learnt my lesson now , so I wont be using them again. I suppose the idea of not being able to speak to somebody is a way of saving on their part, and stuff the customer. time will tell if this is a good policy.
