      Washing machine pump.
      My Lamona washer/dryer stop pumping out. Checked the filter and the impeller had become detached. Google suggested replacing the pump. Looked up the correct one on espares and ordered online at 8pm paying for next day delivery. It duly arrived at 12.15pm the next day. All back up and running by 1pm. What a brilliant service! Would definitely recommend.

      Delivery on time as usual
      Delivery on time as usual. Only down side, slight clip in two places on the enamel but not seen when fitted. The product was in it's orginal sealed package, so factory where at fault.

      Vax vacuum cleaner filters
      Ordered a pack of 2 vacuum filters, but only one was in the package. Problem was resolved quickly but a bit of a palaver to return the single filter in order to receive the correct 2 filter package! Why not just send the missing filter? The filters were fine. Customer service excellent

      Used espares before will use again
      Used espares before without issue. There was a slight hitch with my last order as Royal Mail lost it. However Espares sorted it out promptly and after a phone call a replacement item arrived a day later. Only criticism I have is that the proforma system used on site to report any delivery/order issue queries is a bit glitchy. I got an error 404 message. I had to use the complaints form instead which resulted in them contacting me by phone to sort out a replacement for the lost item.

      Fast and efficient service
      Fast and efficient service, we were left with our NEFF slide & hide oven unusable when the side strip broke. Ordered the replacement and it was with me if a couple of day - replaced the broken one and back to normal. Brilliant service.

      Refunded without any issues
      The box inside the outer packaging was broken and open like it had been returned then resold. I thought it was supposed to be a brand new Karcher gun and hose. They were brilliant dealing with the refund though, I returned the item free of charge and was refunded within a few days.
