Samsung RSH1FBRS - fridge temperature is fine but freezer will not cool enough. The display is set at -25, display says it is -25 but food is not freezing and my standalone thermometer says temperature is 0 to +1. (Ironically, fridge temperature??) I have cleaned (hoovered) the back of the appliance, it is over 2inches from wall, I've tried to reset it by unplugging for 30 minutes. The appliance is making what I feel is the correct noise and kicks in louder if I press the power freeze. I'm guessing it's a sensor problem but defrost sensor / temperature sensor / thermal fuse ???? Please can you help me!

Check the temperature is below -18 in the freezer as the ice maker will normally not start if the sensor underneath does not identify it is cold enough. If the temperature is correct then suspect the ice tray sensor.
the compressor working and there is gas but is not bringing the temperatures down when need to be any one tell me what is wrong ?

This is most likely to be a defrost problem. See our video: How to diagnose a fault with a frost free fridge freezer http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/2/2113/how-to-diagnose-a-fault-with-a-frost-free-fridge-freezer

If the indicator on the display shows that the machine has turned on to fast freeze it is either a control problem or a board problem and not a sensor problem.
