The microwave oven tray was identical…
The microwave oven tray was identical to the one that was originally with my Panasonic microwave. It arrived in good time. It was very expensive though for what it is and could do with being around £30 cheaper.

Very disappointed
I took great care to ensure that I was ordering the correct replacement motor for my Numatic hoover - the website confirmed it fits. It arrived poorly packaged and breaking out of the box but otherwise ok. The motor supplied is totally different in size so no good. The real problems started trying to get in touch so after considerable effort and getting no response to the problem I repackaged the motor and sent it back. Customer services eventually responded and agreed that the website confirms the motor fits my model. They sent me a refund confirmation less the return postage cost. When challenged, they agreed that was wrong so issued a further refund to cover the postage. A very time consuming problem and I now have to start again with a different supplier. Very disappointing
