      Ideal for use in the UK with USA products, this Step-Down Voltage Converter can be used with equipment that meets the specifications listed below.

      Specification:

      • A converter that enables a 110-120 Vac device from the USA to be powered from a 230-240 Vac UK mains outlet
      • Max. Power 45W
      • Ideal for use with low powered devices from the US in the UK that are under 45W, such as LED lights and small LED TV's up to 45W power consumption
      • Not suitable for devices over 45W, this includes hair dryers, straighteners, kettles or fridges
      • Compact and portable design
      • Conforms to BS1363 clause 12
      • Dimensions: 88 x 62 x 60mm

      Please Note: The output voltage is half the input voltage. This has a short time working mode and should not be used for more than one hour.

        The Autograph tracer projector is unsuitable with this as this product is suitable for low powered devices at a maximum of 45W or under.

      Hi I've just bought a Japanese hot plate & its 100 V 50/60 Hz Power consumption 650W Will this convertor allow me to use the pan in the UK? Thanks for your advice

        It will not work for the hotplate as the maximum power input is 45W

      espares every time…
      I'm never sure that the part i'm ordering is the right one, so i ask espares to check for me. Theyre great. They check, confirm or change and get the parts sent out. I've ordered parts for dishwashers, fridges, fridge freezers, ovens, hobs and all manner of electrical appliances. I dont try to source bits, i go to espares every time.

      Customer service couldn't help and couldn't care less
      I've used eSpares in the past and happily rated them 5 stars. This time, when looking for help from Customer Services, all I got were 'pre-written' generic replies. Having wasted the best part of a week, in my last e-mail to them, I gave them their own part numbers for both of the hinges I wanted and their part number of the flap I wanted them for and asked them if I was correct! Unbelievably this is the reply I got (thanks Sabrina) to that simple question: "Unfortunately, we were unable to source the parts you require for the appliance you have" So I gave up and took a chance that I had identified the correct parts myself and they were in stock so I ordered them. Of course, they were the correct parts and they fit perfectly. Order # 13013018 Perhaps Screwfix you might give your customer service reps a wee bit more, much better, training and have them all read the first line of your Terms and Conditions ....
