dose it cover the full diameter of the top nut Spray arm is not rotating
- Have just fitted a new arm as I was experiencing the same problem. Arm is either blocked or the washers inside the nut have deteriorated. Either way you lose pressure and the arm won't spin. Also - order a new nut for the back of the dishwasher. A deteriorated washer there also loses pressure.
- The replacement spray arm is complete with new rubber seal and transparent rotation guide.

We do not have this part in stock so unfortunately we are unable to provide the answer for this part, normally there are not any ball bearings and we think it is unlikely there will be any in this spray arm.
This might need a bit of describing.... on my Hotpoint Aquarius FDW60 Dishwasher, there are two inlet ports on the part of the upper spray arm assembly that mates with the nut & seal on the back of the dishwasher. This is the part that "stabs" in to the nut & seal when the upper rack is pushed back to engage with the port inside the dishwasher that supplies the hotwater to the upper spray arm during operation. Clearly there are two ports on the spray arm assembly, one above the other, to allow a higher or lower positioning of the upper dishwasher rack. Now more specifically, on my dishwasher both these inlet ports are open, and I was wondering if there was a cap, or other type of seal or plug, that covers the unused port? The dishwasher was in the property I've just moved in to, and doesn't clean that great. I'm going to change the nut/seal on the internal back wall supply port, but I also wonder if one of the problems was if some the supply water was simply coming in to the spray arm conduit, and out the unused port instead of going to the upper spray arm. Wordy description there, but I hope you know what I mean. cheers Rob

We believe the part shown on: http://www.espares.co.uk/product/es834565/ has a valve using a small ball? that is pushed by water pressure to close the unused inlet. you may be able to check by covering the outlet and blowing into one inlet.
