I Have a Crusader CT50V Tumbler dryer. It heats up intermittently. Is it the element or the thermostat???? 2 Answers
- probably too late now but sounds like damaged elements, that heat when together but can move apart and not heat.
- I am no expert but i would think it is proberly one of the sensers
My clothes are not drying like they used to. I am having to put the dryer on twice fro them to dry. Is it the heating element or thermostat? 1 Answer

Check the air flow is not obstructed in the vent. This element has the thermostats and two heaters so it is possible one heater has failed.
my tumble dryer has stopped heating but is still working probably due to wet clothes being put in too wet , which part/s will i require to repair 1 Answer

Hotpoint have advised that it is either the heating element (in this case this product). However it could also be your thermostat too... I would advise speaking to a qualified engineer for a diagnosis. Once you know which part it is, give us a call and we'll have it out to you right away!
