The only marked terminals are P1 (live), S2 (pilot), 4 (neutral). At P2 there are no terminals! There is an unmarked terminal at top left when the switch is orientated with P1 bottom left. Is this the load connection?

With P1 bottom left 2 is top left, this is the 'load connection'.
