      GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
      although the generic oven element ordered didnt fit my oven( the listing was wrong) espares were quick to refund me and give me a return label to send it back.at no cost to me. the second element twice the price but a original did fit . they rang me but i didnt answer they then emailed me asking was everything ok with this second order . im very happy the way things were handled and i will be buying from them again. a big thank you to MOHAMED

      Easy to navigate website and identify the correct part for my model of freezer. Delivery was quick with the item well wrapped. I would have given 5 stars, but thought the cost of one freezer drawer was expensive, it prohibited me from buying the 3 that I wanted just bought the 1.
