Hi, My Neff fridge freezer seems to stop working for long periods and then restart. I think it may be a thermostat or sensor that needs replacing? Would be grateful for some advice on this and where to locate these parts on the fridge freezer. Thanks 1 Answer

Your stock No ES767052 is described as REFRIDGERATOR NTC SENSOR and the item above is described as BOSCH NTC SENSOR. Both look very different, especially the one above which has what looks like a cover, yet both contain the words NTC Sensor. I have Bosch KGU 32125GB Fridge / Freezer and the freezer will not now reach freezer temperature levels (Fridge is Ok). I'm thinking that the part I require is probably this one but need your help and advice if possible Many thanks Best wishes David

There are three different sensors listed for this machine. This one, ES1122505 and ES767052. We do not have any specifications on these parts.
