I have recently replaced the timer display panel on our hotpoint DH53X double oven. The problem now is that the cooling fan will not switch off even when the oven has not been put on. What is the component that needs replacing?

grill element lookes ok multimeter reading 45ohms. grill selector switch does not light up but have tried a new one. grill still not working. would theromostat es870800 be the problem where is that on hotpoint dhs53cxs top and bottom oven

If the light is not coming on we believe the most likely would be the grill thermostat, check that before suspecting anything else.

Reach temperature again. The heating element has been changed but has made on difference we have a hotpoint openspace OS897D1X/Hp
