eSpares did exactly what they promised - i checked the compatability of the part against the serial number which all checked out. The parcel arrived on the expected day.
I completed the job in five mins and all good to go.

Accidentally ordered the wrong part and…
Accidentally ordered the wrong part and immediately both emailed and contacted on instagram, was unable to cancel as had checked out as a guest - there was no way to cancel without an account - made an account and was still unable to cancel as my order didn’t show up on the account I created using the same details - explained this on insta and in email - 24 hours later was told it was too late to cancel even though there was no dispatch notification - another 24 hours later was told that my order was NOW being dispatched…… ??????? next time I’ll just use Amazon even though I would hugely have preferred not to ……

The lid you sent out was the wrong…
The lid you sent out was the wrong model although your website indicated it would fit. Also, there was absolutely no instructions included on returns or refund policy. No returns lable included. Just a cardbord box and a lid.
