recently bought power max pet belt lasted two weeks replaced belt that lasted a month very tight fitting is this belt the right one as hoover sat useless at moment

i have a broken style 4 540 310-001 belt which staes its 45/05 to the side of the above number, i take this to possibly be the overall length and width would i be right and does your belt measure the same and still compatible?
