As long as it physically fits it will work correctly but take a little longer to heat up.
I have a BEKO OIF 22300X - the grill works but oven fails to warm & blows out cool air - which heating element do i need please ? 1 Answer

It is likely to be the fan element but see our video: How to diagnose problems with your oven http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/1/2145/how-to-diagnose-problems-with-your-oven
but where there should be three screws holding it in place there is only one and what appears to be two welded in pins. Can anyone give me some advise on how I can get this out without spending a fortune on it

The pins you are looking at are the heads of bolts that go through to the back of the machine where small nuts hold the element in place. To remove these nuts you will need a socket set similar to Stock Number: ES1584151.
grill works oven fails to get warm blows out col air only

Check if the indicator light next to the control is lit. if this remains lit it suggests a faulty element, You may see signs of damage on the element. You can confirm this by using a meter and measuring the element.
the element dosent have any screws in the front does this mean its screwd in from the back? 1 Answer
- Yes there are two screws on the rear of the oven, You just unscrew the rear panel, disconnect the two connectors and unscrew the element. REMEMBER TO TURN OVEN OFF AT MAINS SWITCH.
