machine still fills up and drains but just doesnt spin

upon opening my washing machine this part was sooty and some resistors look fried the machine switches on ok and goes mid way through a cycle before tripping the mains electric

hi i have a beko wme7267w washing machine.my problem is it is taking about 30 mins longer to finish the load than it should.the digital display seems to go back during the wash.it does finish eventually and the wash is fine.would you know what part i would need to replace to cure this.many thanks harold murphy

    I believe this only supply's the motor drive circuit and would not effect the display.
