It sounds like a problem with the refrigeration system, this can be difficult to diagnose without the correct equipment to determine if the compressor is pumping to get cold.

Some Samsung fridge freezers can suffer from ice build-up and may have a modification kit to prevent this occurring Stock Number: ES1406833. Fully defrost before removing the cover. Fit the brackets onto the back of the upper mounting screws, replace and move the sensor to the far left of the pipework and reset codes as per the instructions. Check and replace the defrost heater if required.

It sounds like a defrost problem, There is a heater on the evaporator that should melt and clear the ice every sixteen hours or so. Carefully remove the cover (if it is not frozen on) and check the heater and this fuse and any thermal cut outs if fitted (cannot be specific as no model number given). If it is an RSH american fridge-freezer there is a modification to prevent an ice ball occurring.
