I want a charcol filter that fits the seimens LC47950. The last flters i had for a hood were circular and fitted over the motor on each side. I can not seem to find anything that is similar.

I have a CHM100BK that has an external vent. If I move it to an internal wall, can I buy these carbon filters and convert it to a hood that recirculates air?

Hi Magmag This filter can be used on your Ignis AKS625IX cooker hood, however I would recommend the genuine part over this one as it has been made for your specific hood and therefore will do the job better.
I have just bought a cooker hood from Ikea in France. They don't however supply the carbon filters and have not been very helpful. I have ten different numbers on the sticker in the hood, but the 'service number' is 8579 430 01001. Does this mean anything to you? I believe it was made by Whirlpool. BJB Dordogne
